With the vibrant Melbourne skyline feeling close enough to touch, and our clients vision of creating two luxury townhouses sufficient to home any modern living family, the only option for this tiny site of 5.0m X 42.0m (210m2) was up, and so up we went. The final outcome resulted in four stories of functional living, roof top decks and breathtaking views of Melbourne city and the iconic MCG. With an 8-Story building to the south, and a 100 plus year old brick terrace to the North, the challenges were endless. The Proline Construction Group team, coupled with the experienced consultants at Matt Gibson Architects, delivered a masterpiece of inner-city opulant living, rarely found on a site so small.
