Welcome to Vincent St, where a comprehensive renovation we completed in 2003, became the stage once again, for an extraordinary second transformation in 2016. Our humble, yet savvy clients, seized the opportunity to acquire their neighbours’ block, setting in motion a cascade of possibilities. The initial 2003 construction which remains as a fine example of luxury, brought challenges of an East-West orientation. This required strategic decisions to maximize space within the constraints of the original block. Once Stage 2 began in 2016, we collaborated with our clients by hand picking a brilliant design team, resulting in the creation of an unrivalled masterpiece, nestled within this coveted bayside precinct. Stage 2 encompassed a sprawling 650m2 basement, underpinning a Balinese-inspired East wing, which houses a retreat style master suite. Externally, a grand 14.0m long swimming pool, thoughtfully integrated into the outdoor entertainment area, was complimented with a fully equipped commercial kitchen. This property is a testament to impeccable craftsmanship and discerning taste, standing as a shining example of architectural ingenuity in a class of its own.
