When one of the biggest music industry organisations (APRA), reaches out for a second time, you stop and listen to the harmonic sounds of a new project in the making. This Heritage listed building in Collingwood became the canvas for a funky new Internal fit out, consisting of world-class acoustic offices and quiet working spaces. Remaining compliant at all times with the body corporate guidelines and excessive noise restrictions, we overcame the challenges of limited access, restricted working hours and residents living in the building, to deliver an amazing new office environment that even Lenny Kravitz would be proud to call home. The feedback from staff since completion is simply flattering, where they themselves can’t believe how the acoustic rooms work almost silently from the outside. Coupled with the striking design by MAD Interiors and our fit-out, it’s fair to say the result here Rocked.
