Project Notes: A significant custom designed renovation focused at maintaining the period charm and characteristics of the existing home, whilst adding sufficient amenity for three young children and a large parents retreat. A key brief for the project team of Brian Darmanian architect, and Proline construction group, was to provide a clear distinction between the new and old, with contemporary vibes, built form and internal fit-out. The results are outstanding with the clients immediately falling in love with the finished product.
