Project Type: Heritage Renovation & Extension

Project Notes:
With a heritage overlay on this home, this project required careful consideration and care. The front façade underwent minor cosmetic work to enhance the original charm and classic aesthetics, while the rear transformation was quite substantial. Our brief from the client and architect Dood Studio was to tap into the family’s love for entertaining, developing a connection between indoors and outdoors.
The result is a home that seamlessly blends the two zones, creating a backyard perfect for social gatherings and an interior with improved natural light and striking detail throughout. Find this project in the November 2024 edition of House & Garden Australia.
